dBridge - 'Lost Shadow'

Just checked this track from dBridge today and I'm definitely feeling it. Forthcoming on Exit Records, I like it when he makes tunes like this with a bit more of a drum track in them. He seemed to have moved away from the type of music he was making on 'The Gemini Principle' LP, and was going for really stripped back stuff for Autonomic. But this is more up my street, I like drums in my Drum & Bass. Lost Shadow by dBridge

Commix - 'City Section'

An absolutely gorgeous track here from the Commix boys, forthcoming on Metalheadz. I'm yet to hear a shit Commix track, and with stuff like this coming out I doubt I will any time soon. Commix - City Section - Metalheadz by Metalheadz

Kabuki - 'Watch Your Step / Just Hold On'

V Recordings are releasing an LP from Kabuki this year entitled 'Warrior Soul', and this is the first single from it. 'Watch Your Step' features vocals from Jeru the Damaja, it's a real nice steppa- definitely feeling it. On the other side is a Serum remix of 'Just Hold On' featuring Jenna G. This track is getting cained by everyone at the moment. I love it- it sort of reminds me of the stuff Jenna was doing with Uncut. Another one to add to the summer playlist!

Lenzman Ft. Riya - 'Open Page' Video

Lenzman is fast becoming my favourite artist so far this year. Every track I hear from him is just mental, and this one has been killing me for a little while now. Lovely track, and a nice video from Metalheadz. I'll post some more stuff up from Lenzman shortly because, as I said, he's killing me at the moment. Anyway enjoy this beat...

Junglist Dubstep

A couple of dubstep tracks here from two big names- Fresh & Nero. Both of these have been around quite a while. Fresh comes with 'Fight' which is forthcoming on his new LP 'Kryptonite'. A few people moaning about the screaming dog synth sound but I love the intro, and it's still pretty heavy. The Nero track is called 'Innocence' and is forthcoming (or maybe is already out) on Chase & Status' label 'MTA'. Dubstep is a bit hit & miss for me but these two beats are big.

Dave Owen is killing it

Well the man known as Dave Owen has been smashing out the tracks this year, but I'm starting to hear some real bad grooves from him. 'Yo Girl' has been doing it for a while, but I also heard 'Still Waters' and 'A li' O' That' today and they are slick. If you don't know 'em, check-

Netsky - Endless Search

To be honest I don't really get the fuss about Netsky, as I've only liked a couple of his tracks. In fact I was quite surprised Hospital signed an LP from him. Having said that, whilst browsing through tracks off his album I found this little gem which really is beautiful.   This is a bit more interesting than his usual anthem bashing two-step stuff, perfect for some summer sunsets.

Calibre - 'Rose'

A gorgeous track from Mr.Calibre here. I could easily sit here and moan about how he's done the whole piano & bass thing a million times.... BUT.... Nobody does it quite like Calibre, and this tune is just so baaad. Possibly coming on his new LP.
